About the Founder

About the Founder

Asami Akimoto

  • Graduated from Atomi University with a degree in Management.
  • Gained experience in real estate sales, followed by three years of international travel, mainly in New Zealand and Canada.
  • Founded a homestay service in New Zealand, supporting about 1,000 students.
  • After returning to Japan, worked in multinational IT companies and management roles.
  • After experiencing the difficulties foreigners face when trying to live in Japan, realized the need for support and founded Aikagi.
  • Helped over 130 people find apartments in Tokyo.
