Apartment-hunting consultations are free of charge and are not covered by the prices above.

No additional service fees apply. Customers are responsible for any internet connection or data charges incurred during online consultations.

Payment is accepted by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through a secure Stripe payment link.

Full payment is required in advance, before services are provided.

Email Consultation: A written response will be delivered by email within five business days after payment confirmation.
Online Consultation with Written Report: The consultation will take place at the mutually agreed date and time. A written report will be delivered by the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund before work has commenced.
Cancellation After Work Begins: Once we have begun researching your inquiry, preparing for your consultation, or drafting your response, cancellations and refunds for customer-initiated reasons are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation by Aikagi: If we are unable to accept a request or provide the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.
Rescheduling Online Consultations: Customers may reschedule an online consultation once, free of charge, by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
Completed Services: Refunds are generally not available once a written response has been delivered or an online consultation has taken place.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Rental property brokerage is carried out by our partner, a licensed real-estate agency. Brokerage fees are set under the Real Estate Brokerage Act and are paid directly to the agency; they are not sold through this website.
Utility and internet setup is provided by our partner Repris Co., Ltd. free of charge to the customer. Aikagi receives a referral fee from the provider.
